What happens when Agile becomes a checklist?

Okay!

Agile is meant to make work lighter and faster.

Yet many teams end up feeling more drained than before.

Why?

Because it often turns into:
• Too many ceremonies
• Back-to-back meetings
• Endless updates with little real progress

Think about this:

Instead of asking,
“Are we doing Agile correctly?” (which often creates pressure and blame)

Maybe we should ask:
“What will help us deliver value faster?”

Good Agile removes friction.
Bad implementation creates noise.

If a process needs more explaining than executing, something is off.

Agile should serve delivery and not slow it down.
